A common question that every client has is how long will it take for my I-140 to be approved. My answer is always the same:

Please remember that even though USCIS states that I-140s are being processed in 4 months does not mean that you will have your approval in 4 months. Factors such as requests for further evidence RFEs may slow down the processing of your case. That is why it is important to work with a qualified attorney to ensure that your case is one that will be approved within USCIS’ processing times.
We find that having a well organized I-140 petition will assist you in getting your case approved faster. If the officer reviewing your case finds that you have clearly explained that you meet all of the factors that the I-140 requires, then they will be more than happy to approve your case.
